Mit  Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Haftung fuer  Links"  hat das Landgericht (LG) Hamburg entschieden, das man durch die  Anbringung eines Links, die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite ggf. mit zu  verantworten hat. Dies kann - so das LG - nur dadurch  verhindert  werden, dass man sich ausdruecklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert.  Hiermit distanzieren wir uns ausdruecklich von  allen Inhalten  der auf dieser Homepage zu finden Links und machen uns diese  Inhalte nicht zu eigen.

By the verdict of May 12th 1998 – 312 O 85/98 – „Liability for Links” the district court of Hamburg has decided, that, if applicable, by adding of a link, one is responsible for the content of the linked sites. This can – according to the district court of Hamburg – only be prevented, if one explicitly distances himself from those contents. Hereby, we explicitly distance ourselves from all contents found on sites linked to this homepage and do not adopt them as our own.
